The Company Type will be linked to the account created in the EU Hub can be modified until the moment step 4 Technical On-Boarding is reached and gives you the following permissions in the EU Hub.
- Original Pack Manufacturer (MAH without Parallel Distribution Activities); the classical pharmaceutical company that holds marketing authorisations and operates its own manufacturing facility (in a wholly owned entity or sometimes by using a third-party manufacturer). On a technical point of view, this allows you to upload original pack data not sourced from a repacking operation to the EU Hub.
- Parallel Distributor (MAH with Parallel Distribution Activities); the parallel distributor that is, by virtue of the FMD, a "manufacturing authorisation holder" for the necessary repackaging operations. On a technical point of view, this allows both the decommissioning of already uploaded pack data from a source market and the subsequent upload of new products into the market.
If your OBP Company represents both MAHs with Parallel Distribution Activities and MAHs without Parallel Distribution Activities, please note that you are requested to create two accounts on the Portal in order to On-board.
Note: The permissions given in the EU Hub will depend on the Company Type. Please check the information button and make sure the information is correct. Any error in the selection of the company type will bring the pursuit of the on-boarding at stake.
Once your request is submitted, we will create a secure area within the EMVO On-boarding Partner Portal for you in order to upload on-boarding related information like company information, contact details, product information and a participation agreement (PA).
If you want to know how EMVO uses the personal data it collects via the Portal, please read EMVO's
