Parallel Distributor (MAH with Parallel Distribution Activities); the parallel distributor that is, by virtue of the FMD, a "manufacturing authorisation holder" for the necessary repackaging operations. On a technical point of view, this allows both the decommissioning of already uploaded pack data from a source market and the subsequent upload of new products into the market.

If your OBP Company represents both MAHs with Parallel Distribution Activities and MAHs without Parallel Distribution Activities, please note that you are requested to create two accounts on the Portal in order to On-board.
